It’s hard to imagine that we have not reached the peak of the season after what Harvey has done, but up we go!

The NHC is going to be busy, at least to start the month...

Let's just hope we can make it through the rest of the month without any more mischief hitting land!

    Morning Aislinn!

It's going to be a long road to recovery down there, the devastation is incredible. That video Oss posted last night was horribly fascinating. Good for your nephew - It's good to know people still try hard to help others if they can.

    BreakFast!

I'll have huevos rancheros, pecan and wild boar bacon waffles with syrup, sausage, egg and cheese burritos, breakfast tacos, spicy omelet egg rolls, green chili egg bake, southwestern fatata, ham, cheese, egg and potato enchiladas with green enchilada sauce and some coffee - TYVM!

I don't know what boar bacon waffles are like, but I would love to try some

Hey Lib! Hope all is going well in your neck of the woods!

Passes large plate of southwest breakfast scramble.

Hey Cone! From what my nephew says it's pretty bad down there, especially for the sick and elderly. Keeping medications that need to be refrigerated is a big problem, like for diabetics. Boar bacon is bacon from a wild boar vs a hog or pig that is raised domestically. You chop it up and add to the waffles.

Passes platters filled with huevos rancheros, pecan and wild boar bacon waffles with syrup, sausage, egg and cheese burritos, breakfast tacos, spicy omelet egg rolls, green chili egg bake, southwestern fatata, ham, cheese, egg and potato enchiladas with green enchilada sauce and a large pot of coffee.

Those Canadians just love to joke around with us. Is that the same small system ECMWF shows cutting across southern FL late run? I can't always spot their origins.

T a good way to spot origins is look an atlantic wide map ... in Vort graphics

If you Work back it appears to be a tropical wave that gets invigorated by the Caribbean Sea

Yes, the concept is not only mind-boggling but disturbing. To think there is enough DOOM whether real or implied, makes my existence here superfluous.
However, living on planet Earth, the ultimate in DOOM manufacturing and distribution, I do not think there will ever be an end to DOOM as we know it. It is FBM job security.

There can never be enough DOOM. Not that it seems like it sometimes, but just when there has been enough, there is always a little bit more, we never know when except that it is usually followed by Mark's statement: "I have a bad feeling about this."

In other news, a bird strike on an Airbus 320 grounded it and delayed my flight to Manila by 5 hours. This caused me to miss my flight to LAX which also caused me to miss my flight from LAX to Nashville and my 2 hour ride home from there.
Since I used a different airline to fly to Manila from the boon docks, the connecting flight airline is treating it as if I was just a slacker who didn't plan well enough. (There is a lot of that in the Philippines apparently)
So I am here in Manila and starting over again trying to get back to the USA.

Oh and my Visa expires tomorrow. So I gotta buy some long pants so I can go to Immigration and buy another Visa extension.

So, my so called return has been "buggered" (Lib knows what that means, not from personal experience or anything, I mean she knows what it means to be "buggered." rather, she knows the meaning of the expression no doubt from growing up near a British place, but maybe they use it in Ireland too.)

I think I buggered myself on that Juan.
I guess I may as well have a turn, every Juan else has. (airlines)

Yes HC, it is indeed the FIM-9 that is the fimiest. At least until the release of the much awaited FIM-10.

Good morning all! Been a bit busy with Bunker related business.

It's seriously Tropical around here. Banding style drizzle coming through since yesterday. ...and winds from the EEENnEeeNe.
